MESSERLI & KRAMER HAS FILED A ILLEGAL WAGE GARNISHMENT WITH THE PAYROLL DEPARTMENT OF MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. BY LAW MY WAGES ARE EXEMPT FROM GARNISHMENT DUE TO MY ENROLLMENT IN MY COUNTY ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. MESSERLI & KRAMER WAS NOTIFIED OF THIS VIA A DOCUMENT I SENT TO THEM CALLED A "DEBTOR'S EXEMPTION CLAIM NOTICE" BY LAW I MUST PROVIDE THEM WITH THIS FORM AND I DID. MESSERLI & KRAMER CONTINUE TO SAY THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS FORM. THEY KNOW THEY ARE ON THE WRONG END OF THIS SITUATION SO WHAT ARE THEY SUPPOSED TO SAY. IT WOULD BE NICE FOR THEM TO ADMIT THE TRUTH BUT THAT IS NOT THEIR WAY. WITH THE MANY LAWSUITS THAT HAVE BEEN FILED AGAINST THEM, WHY HASN'T THE STATE TAKEN ACTION AGAINST THEM?
