METABANS GGC-Stream, METABANS, Punkbuster, 247fairplay suspected cheating, new innocent account banned, no evidence, ban without reason Internet

I used a program called "CheatEngine" in the game "Borderlands 2"* to modify things like movement speed, loot, etc. After that I closed the game and started playing Battlefield 3.

However, I forgot to turn off CheatEngine, and got kicked by Punkbuster after a few minutes for "Gamehack" via GGC-Stream. I tried to appeal the ban on GGC stream, but they told me they do not tolerate cheating and won't unban me. Furthermore they said, I should give them evidence that I did not cheat, and should buy the game again if I can't do so.

So I did buy the game again on a new account, played happily for many hours, after getting banned by a community banlist called "Metabans", followed by a ban on 247 fairplay (247fairplay.com/CheatDetector/Junior-Giant). However, the ban on 247 fairplay is in no way valid, because they banned my new, completely innocent account because they figured some kind of link between both accounts. I should mention that the old, banned account was named "junior-giant", then i renamed it and named my new account "junior-giant". So they banned my new account for having the same name as my old account, because it is "suspicious". I did not have any success in unbanning the 2nd account as well.
