Metabofuel ripoff, diseptive, fraudulent charges and business practices Internet

I completed an order form to try a sample for $4.97. I changed my mind and broke out of the program before my information was submitted". However, a couple of weeks later I saw the 4.97 deduction on my checking account. I called the number listed, it was the wrong number. I call the new number, only got machines. I left all my info... this is back on April 17th, but never got a return call.

Since then I have called three times.... this time I keep getting an "operator". In my most recent conversation she told me she has nothing to do with the company and knows nothing about it. She merely takes names and numbers and forwards them to the "customer service" reps.

Today, April 28th, I had a charge of $207.50 out of my checking account! I called my bank and reported the issue to the security dept. They said it is outright fraud. The have placed a block on my D/C as they said many of these "types of companies" then sell your debit card info to other companies and you will get even more bogus charges!

Luckily I have a great bank. They will help me fight this, AND fight FOR me to get my money back because I contacted them within thrity days of the charge.

I encourage everyone who has been ripped off by this so-called company (who you can't even find an address for) to contact their States Attorneys Office and report the fraud! Contact your states Consumer Protection Bureau as well! Name Names! Also, contact your bank immediately. Hopefully, they will work on your behalf like mine is.

If anyone has a physical adress for this company I would love to get it some I can start sending them letters!
