I had set up an on line vehicle payment for 190.30$ to go to North Country Federal Credit Union, in Derby, VT, for payment on the 8th of Feb 2016. I saw the payment had been made but did not realize that it went to Metavante Corp instead of my bank. I don't even know who you are and have never heard of you!! What the heck, why did you get my payment and not my bank? Please refund 190.30$ back to my checking account, so that I can make the payment. Thank you kindly.
