Tonight I received my my online billing from AT&T and I noticed that my bill was higher than normal so I found a new item in my bill:

Enhanced Services Billing Inc. $14.00 (New services provided and billed)

Where these charges come from ? I never signed, ordered or authorized any voicemail service form them !
How AT&T allow these people to do this total rip off ?
I've found at the ftc.gov website tons of complaints of "cramming".
