I participated in an online study that involved beard styling that took three weeks with daily participation in order to receive they incentive that was promised to you which was $30 or more based on your level of participation. I participated everyday because I wanted to make that easy incentive. Once the community study ended I was sent an email from the Community Leader Koen van der Wal stating thanks for participating and we will be sending out your incentives as soon as we figure out what each individual with be receiving. This was before Christmas in 2014. I patiently waited and after a few weeks I sent a message to Koen and it took forever for him to respond back but it said he had sent an "urgent email" to the company in the US and that he would do whatever he could to get my incentive. I dont believe him at all. I have continuly sent email to the Metrix Lab company with no response. So I want to warn people that dont do any study with this company because if they say they with give you incentive they will not.

Yesterday after writing my statement about Metrixlab. I did contact the survey site and showed them this page about Metrixlab. About an hour ago I checked and found that the funds have made it into my account.
I never received a update from the company or the survey site explaining anything.

I too was involved in this community by Metrixlab. I have emails from a Koen Van Der Wal stating all the information about the survey and what i would earn if I completed this survey.I last heard from Koen on January 9th and have sent 2 emails that have never been answered.
I have recently taken it upon myself to bring this article to the attention of the survey company in efforts that they will rectify this situation.
If the person who did write this article can email me I would like to speak with you about the survey.
