On 17 July 2006 at 3:30 pm I had a appiontment in the dental office to have a tooth build up. arrive there about 3:00pm sign in and was call back about 3:45 or so. The dentist numb me and the assist then told the dentist that they were looking for the gauze and without it he could not do the work.One mistate okay. So they reschedule me to return on 1 August 2006 at 2:00pm. So I arrived about 1:30pm.
They call me back to the examing room. So the Dentist come in and he remember the last time that they were missing the gauze so before he numb me this he ask did they have the gauze. after they look around for 20 or so minute he came back to tell me that they did not have the gauze. And wanted to reschedule me tomorrow will a neither Dentist. I have already miss two days.
