My mother got a second mortpage with this person, he never paid the full amount, he told my mother she had to use his lawyers, when I called him to ask for the rest of the money, over 2000, he told me he would get back to me and we are still waiting after more than a year, he used 2000 dollars to pay the home insurance without asking for my mother's consent. I just find out he has more than 350 violations, I have no idea if the house is still on my mother's name or his wife....I am totally lost, my mother doesn't speak English very well, she is on disability, and I don't know if my mother should still pay this loan that it is actually not paid to Dennis she pay to his nephew or his cousin...please if anybody can help me I would really appreciated. My mother is all I have and my mother put a down payment on her house using her saving of her life...help please. Contact me please because I have more on this guy
