My home of 18 years was stolen by Metro financial Dennis Khaanna and his wife and Vic handa Dentistry corp. Along with lawyer Ross macleod from Hamilton Ontario. In a matter of three months I was homeless with three young children. I have worked hard for 21 years at a company and I lived in this home Dennis Khannaa stole from my family for 18 years. I wa told by him I must use his Lawyer, I must use his relistate agent who is Brent Reinhart, the group of individuals take peoples equity in their homes and attach mortgages to other peoples property.
My husband and I were taken advantage of by Dennis Khanna, he forged our names, put judgements against us, he stole our property and moved another family in before we were even out. We were left on the street with three young children, and without our over 120.00 equity in our 420.000 dollar home that we worked so hard for and loved for 18 years. Dennis Khanna stole our home in days and we received nothing!

Dennis you are a Fraud, how you are still in business and have your broker licence is beyond me. People come to you for your service when they are in a desperate situation, you know that and you take full advantage of this. Your fees are outrages, as was indicated by several lawyers as being criminal. You will pay for your actions one day and the courts you say that protect you will one day protect the people you so knowly and willingly ripped off and destroyed there lives.

I strongly suggest you remove this from RIPPOFF REPORTS... you have no fact to support this, you didn't have to take the financing, you could have gone else ware... and fees are charged for services, you didn't have to accept or go through with it... you had best deal here.. and now your slandering metro financial and me..This is defamation of character of me and of my company.. If you don't want to be in court for this nonsense I strongly suggest you remove this from RIPOFF REPORTS. My file is ready for my lawyer to go against you personally and any media bodies who allow fictitious nonfactual slander to be published.
Banks, lending institutions all have a grace period, before they foreclose. Fees are added for this as well. We at Metro are not responsible for home owners spending habits, good or bad, or responsibilities they put on themselves. We only finance their needs and wants... and there is a fee for service. No one wants put any one out of their homes... The court also gives a grace period, and is sensitive to these situations.. But at the end of the day, and months of letters, etc. there is court, a decision at law, and or you pay your arrears or your evicted. by courts. "NOT" Metro Financial.
I hope this explains everything.. Remove this from RIPOFF REPORTSby Friday the 5th, DEC, 2014. or you will be hearing from my Lawyer.
