Metro Group inc Underpaid me. Discrimaton due to disabilaty Salt Lake City Utah

I worked for this company. I kept get sinus infections. I would would apply for positions that I was qualified for. They would interview me and the give it to a temp that came in and had no experience. When I told them about my disability they demoted me to yard cleaner. Then would ask me to do other jobs that weren't in my job description. They tell you that you help out were need. I would take the new hires in my own vehicle to the drug test in my own vehicle and never go reimbursed for the gas and milage. I would train the new guys before they got put o. The torch tables. The supervisor came up to me and told me it wasn't my job to train them and wrote me up for doing the jobs he asked me to do. They certified me on the loader skid loader and fork lift but if I used them to sweep the yard or help the load inspector then I wasn't hired to run a loader or skid loader. But when they need to back fill dirt after doing repairs with the water lines to the torch tables or filling in pot hole It wasn't an issue and I was hired to use them.
