Metro Rewards And Trust Sweepstakes winner of $125,000 cash the check and pay the taxes Toronto Ontario

My husband received a letter in the mail stating that he had won $125,000 in the DE-LOTTO NORTH AMERICAN SWEEPSTAKES LOTTERY ON SHOPPERS in the 2nd category. Enclosed in the letter was a check for $4875.00 to deposit into our checking or savings account and pay the taxes by western union or moneygram.

The letter also urged us not to cash the check until you call the agent and to keep the winning claim number confidential. i called them and was told that once i had cashed the check, then the remainder of the reward would be sent by UPS and that my husband would have to show picture identification to receive the rest of the money. i got online to research it because it sounded too good to be true.

The person i spoke to asked if we had been to any retail stores around the time of the drawing, like wal-mart, kmart, target, home depot etc. The letterhead said metro rewards and trust and the check is from wells fargo bank in van wert, oh. the president's name is Bryan McDonald. The check number is 14291 and the routing and account number is 041203824-9600082116. i hope someone nails these peoples butt to the wall for what they are doing to unsuspecting people that dont check it out before they go and cash the check and end up in a world of hurt because of it.
