Metro Taxi Scammers Liars Never Show up Westhaven Connecticut

METRO TAXI OF BRIDGEPORT ARE LIARS AND THEY NEVER SHOW UP 

I have been having issues with Metro Taxi since January 24th 2014, they have failed to show up at my home not once but twice. And both were doctor's appointments. On January 24th 2014, I was waiting for them to pick me up for a doctor’s appointment and they were obligated to be on time, Metro Taxi was an hour late. I was furious but cancelled the appointment and rescheduled it for today. Here we are today I was in the front of my home at 2:00pm because I had an appointment for 3:00pm. I called Logisticare to make sure what happened on the 24th of January didn't happen again, I explained the situation to the woman on the phone how Metro Taxi was late last time so I am calling to confirm they are on their way. I was on hold for 15 minutes from 2:10 to 2:25pm. The woman came back on the line and told me and I am going to quote this in red letters because it was one of the biggest lies Metro Taxi has ever told as far as I know, sir they told me they were "In front of your house at 2:14pm and you never showed up so they put you in as a no show" My jaw dropped, the feeling I felt it was like seeing a ghost in front of your face and your trying to reason with yourself that your not seeing it. It was a BOLD CONSPICUOUS BLATENT LIE. What is unbelievable to me is that a company that when you’re on hold put themselves on a huge pedestal of excellent customer and high quality service meeting the customer's expectations,is doing so poorly. I also have proof that they didn’t show up, the street cameras take a view all the way down my street the time and the date, and I am sure I am able to obtain a copy of the video of the date and time and you will see no Taxi ever showed up.

The consequence for me not showing up for the second time and having to reschedule again and again is that now I am not sure if this will happen again so I will no longer go to this Dental Surgeon. I needed this tooth pulled but I am now discouraged to even use Metro Taxi. The fact that this happened not once but twice is just frustrating to me. I would suggest that you don't use Metro Taxi not just on account of my experience but because if they can lie like that to me, they can lie to anyone else.

I cannot wait to see what the representative of this horrible company has to say about this. And you can imagine that I am never using this service ever again. I also filed a complaint with them to a few agencies who will be getting back to me. 

I am so embarrassed by the incompetence of this company and now I can't go to this doctor anymore, Metro Taxi doesn't care about the people all they care about is their money. One guy actually told me when I was paying with a credit card, that he wanted cash because he had no money and he needed to put food on his table and if he had known I was paying with a card he wouldn't have picked me up! I was surprised and shocked, I couldn't believe the words coming out of his mouth. 

What I firmly believe is that Metro Taxi is hiring illegal immigrants who work under the table. Something is going on within this company and they pray on the people who need rides THAT ARE PAYING FOR THEM because nothing is free.

So let me take the time out to not thank the Horrible Company for not doing their job. ONCE AGAIN on behalf of all the other people in the Connecticut area. Take my word and everyone else's word DO NOT USE METRO TAXI!! You will be waiting for a taxi that will never show up. They are highly unreliable and rude as well.
