METRO TELE SERVICES Magazine Subscription Rip OFF STRONGSVILLE Ohio

I am a victim of fraud. When I was approached by phone and offered magazine subscriptions I ordered them. BUT I was told by the supervisor that I could cancel at anytime. They recorded me (I assume) agreeing to receive them. I have been getting them and decided to cancel. Money has been a bit tight and magazines can be one of the first things to cancel when money is tight.
I called and indicated that I wanted to cancel, they said I could not. Kept telling me that I was on tape agreeing to the subscriptions. That I had 10 days to cancel. I told them I hadn't started to get them in 10 days why would I cancel before that. I have contact the BBB in Ohio and they have filed a report with Metro Tele Services. The letter that the company sent back said sorry no can do. You signed up you must take the magazines. Don't be scammed like I was. Go to the store to get any magazines. I am so upset with myself for allowing this to happen. Any thoughts?
