Metro Towing Inc This company towed my car wrongfully and now they don't want to fix the issue I had to pay $315.00 to release my car Los Angeles California

On friday 09/10 around 7:10Pm Parked my car at the parking lot on Sunset and Cahuenga in Hollywood, I was with a friend we decided to eat at jack in the box, located on that lot, me and my friends ordered our meals and chatted since we havent catch up in a while, after around 40 minuntes we left and my car was gone, a guy told me that they had just towed my car, how was that possible, they had a sign saying that cars parked more than 1 hour would be towed but we stayed less than that, I have my receipt that i had a meal on that place that night. I called the company and they were extremely rude, tony's assistant hang up the phone on me, and said that they dont have a website for complains nor they have an email for formal complains, meaning they are really a scam, whoever gets towed by them has no rights. 

I had to pay $315.00 to get my car out and I wasnt parked incorrect.

Now i need help against this company because they are taking advantage of people
