I purchased the The Metropipe.net Tunneler anonymous internet service on November 21st, 2006 but it is not working at all. I emailed Metropipe for support several times in December (no phone # available) so I can get help to troubleshoot the problem but no got has responded to me to date.
On January 8th, 2007, I sent Metropipe a certified letter requesting a refund for the 2-year $139.92 purchase amount -- the letter was addressed to the Lamarr Labs address in Freemont, CA but I have not seen my refund or heard a squeak from out of them.
I purchased this anti-proxy service in good faith to prevent computer hijacking and unwanted marketing cookies from appearing and loading on my desktop. I was willing to work with them up to this point but I now realize that they are simply thieves operating via the internet.
I am very careful about where I spend my money and what form of payment I send. I checked out Metropipe Tunneler service over the net and got decent service feedback but should have taken a closer look at the RipOffReport complaint against Metropipe before mailing my money order. I suggest that anyone who's looking for an product or service (in my case an anonymous proxy service) first check out ripoffreport to check for any criminal record before spending hard earned money for nothing.

To date, I still have not received my refund which I requested January 8th, 2007 from Metropipe Tunneler service provider Lamarr Labs. I expect to receive a refund for $139.40 in a USPS money order which is the same form of payment that I sent to Metropipe Tunneler provider Lamarr Labs in Freemont, CA.
The Metropipe Tunneler anti proxy service is not legitimate but actually a scam run by Lamarr Labs in Freemont, CA. Do not purchase this anti snooping software because it doesn't work at all. Metropipe Tunneler anonymous internet surfing software does NOT work and there is NO technical support from Metropipe Tunneler seller Lamarr Labs at all to help you fix the problem and Metropipe Tunneler software supplier LaMarr Labs DOES NOT refund money for its worthless non working software. Metropipe Tunneler software sold by LaMarr Labs in Freemont, CA is a fraudulent company so if you are looking for anti-hacking and anti-snooping software look for a legitimate company that has a software that works and answers customer service enquires and doesn't have complaints filed on RipOffReport.com, the Attorney General's Office or any other consumer protection service or agency. Or better yet, get a free one like FreeProxy.ru or PublicProxyServers.com but do your research beforehand.
