This dealership can be a hit or miss. This was my first time going to a lot like this. And I did my homework. Or so I thought. Ceno has very lenient terms. They work with anybody who needs a car and has a down payment. Unfortunately, their process of actually evaluating the cars they buy needs serious improvement. I purchased an 2011 Durango in November of 2017. And my story goes like this:

Day 2 after purchase: check engine light came on. Took it to autozone they said thermostat. No big deal. Took it back to Ceno his mechanic said nothing was wrong with thermostat. Reset check engine light. It came right back on 2 days later. Took it to my mechanic he replaced thermostat and Ceno reimbursed me.

Day 15: loud rattling in back of vehicle. Spoiler was loose. Ceno tightened it. Rattling continued.

Day 29: check engine lite again. Gas cap. Ceno replaced it with a $2 gas cap. It stripped 5 days later and I purchased one on my own. No more issues.

Month 3: rattling getting outrageous. After further inspection. Muffler was loose. Went to muffler shop and they said the truck was so abused someone ran over a large object and dented the muffler and it fell from the encasement. I paid to repair it. Ceno said oh well it's a used car.

Month 4: noticed black stains leaking under the car in my garage. Took to 2 mechanics and both Notified me the car had been wrecked! Parts of the vehicle were just laying under the hood. Now that really made me mad. The leaking was power steering. Notified Ceno. He refused to fix it. Said it's a used car. Cost of that repair $400.

Last mechanic said this could have been seen with just looking under the hood. No genius to figure that out. Guess Ceno's inspection didn't work. I ran a car fax before buying no wreck reported. They even took the front grid off the car and showed me the dent in the frame. Condenser contributing to leaks and needs replacing. $400. I refused to replace that.

Month 6: had bad tires that were riding hard and vibrating. They were supposedly new tires but the place next door half balanced tires, and unevenly wore tread on other two tires almost causing a blow out. Went to put on a spare NO JACK arm to take tire off. I’m so tired at this point. Informed Ceno again. That argument caused me to have a melt down. He gave me two tires for free. Front end still shakes horribly. I believe that is from the crash that they say they didn’t know about. I have never been able to go over 65 smoothly. I’m done at this point.

Month 7: truck still leaking. Car stopped going in drive in the middle of the grocery store parking lot. Had to get it towed to AAMCO where they informed me that second gear was slipping and it would cost $698 just to drop the transmission to find the problem.

I had the car towed back to Ceno at my expense of course. He told me he would work with me to put me in something else. Just pay tax title and license. I get there the next day to Rosie eating lunch and tells me I need to wait 10 min and she gives me a key to look at another car while she finishes. I go out on the lot. Look at a pathfinder since I need the same size vehicle. SURPRISE the truck doesn't even start. I go back in the building and somehow the whole story changes and they want me to pay another down payment. Ummm 24 hours ago it was a different story. So needless to say not only was I sold a piece of crap. But I was so let down when I really need a vehicle. So I have no car. 4 kids to transport and credit situations. After $2500 down and $5000 worth of car payments. This is what I get. Makes you not want to trust these kind of car lots. They mean well but I got the very short end of this stick. I got about 4 months good wear out of the truck. That was about it.hard earned money down the drain! Bad tires, bad front end, all the rattling noises inside vehicl, popping noise on front when turning right, busted condenser, bad transmission,
