Dear unsuspecting public,

My family and I had the great misfortune of choosing this company for our window replacement needs.  They showed up on Angies List, however  as long as you open up the checkbook and pay Angie  you are listed.  They do little to no backround check as we have later found out.

They have obviously spent a great deal in advertising not only on the web  but graphics on their vehicles as well.  Like many company's out there, they obviously spent their money to impress the public  only to hide their inferior products and service.

The saleman  (Barry Cole) was well dressed and smooth.  He made sure he showed us the retail price and how much we would be saving etc.  The wife fell for it  and afterwards with great regret  we discovered what the windows actually cost them to make and the mark up was horrific.

The next problem was with his crew of installers.  Bruce Cole and others.  They looked like they were picked up from the Salvation Army.  Shabbly dressed and un-known to them we could here their non stop swearing and crude talk while on the job.

Several weeks later and after a major rain storm  the new windows where leaking and appeared to be warped.

THE PROBLEM STILL HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED BUT THE CHECKS HAVE BEEN CASHED.

Avoid them please
