Frank Hornhauer Lehmann (Frank Berlanga Castillo) is owning now a new company, called AndaleMundo Tours SA de CV and he is using two websites (www.andalemexico.com and www.andalemundo.com), along with another domain, mexico-4-u.com.

I was working for him as a web developer and programmer for 6 months, in Mexico. After six months of work, he paid me US$380,00 (three hundred and eighty dollars) while he should've pay me US$500,00 per month. The reason, according to him, was that the company didn't have money. And the company does not have money, indeed. He is using most of the money from the clients to live day by day, having huge debts to the hotels in Mexico (over US$100,000) which he cannot pay back. He is also lending money from private persons by giving his cars in exchange because no bank in Mexico would take the risk to give him a loan.

The man is also using illegal work in his company. He promised countless times that he will get me the work permit but that never happened, because he does not want to pay taxes and, the fee for a working permit in Mexico is about 10,000 pesos (about US$800) and he just doesn't have the money. His solution to this was to use European students, who are "working" illegally for 6-8 months in his company, being underpaid. Apart of the students, he is using Mexican people who are paid under minimum wage, keeping them under control by threatening them that they "won't get the money this month".

The few tours he's able to provide are barely paid by somebody else's money, following this scheme: if you will send him money for a tour in Mexico, with your money he will pay what he should have paid a month ago (hotel fees, guides, transport etc.) for a tour from the past, so you will never know if you'll get your tour because a lot of hotels are already refusing to work with him until he will pay the debts. Your money won't pay your tour. In other words, he is always paying TODAY what he should've paid A MONTH AGO so your tour will be added on top of his debts.

He will tell you that AndaleMundo Tours is having the main office in Mexico City, DF. It's a lie. There is no office in DF, only a redirect telephone number and a lady who is taking phone calls for a dozen of other companies. The only "office" of AndaleMundo Tours is in Queretaro, in Frank Hornhauer Lehmann's house.

He will tell you that the company owns cars and vans for tourists. It's a lie. He is renting vehicles from different small companies, if he manage to pay them.

He will tell you that the company is using its own qualified tour-guides. It's a lie. The guides are shared between travel operators in Mexico.

The problems of AndaleMundo (former AndaleMexico) are so big that Frank Hornhauer Lehmann even asked me to hack the websites of his competitors (Buenos Dias Mexico especially - www.buenos-dias-mexico.com, www.visitmexico.com, www.journeymexico.com) so they won't be able to get clients anymore. His arguments were that the owners of Buenos Dias Mexico were stealing his clients, as the owners are former employees of AndaleMexico. For what I know, it's true: they are former employees of AndaleMexico and left it before Frank Hornhauer Lehmann was arrested by the Mexican Police for fraud and imprisoned. Of course, I didn't hack anything. Along the fact that I don't know how to do that, his request was absolutely sick. What I did and I am not proud of, is to publish a message on the forum of tripadvisor.com (http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g150800-i164-k4089060-Best_Tour_Operators-Mexico_City_Central_Mexico_and_Gulf_Coast.html) under the name of Dave M. from Cape Town. Most of the positive comments about AndaleMundo and AndaleMexico on Trip Advisor are made by Frank Hornhauer Lehmann, under different names, from different IPs, so don't fall for it.

Frank Hornhauer Lehmann, the ex-convict and scammer, is hiding now under the name of Frank Berlanga Castillo. He lives in Mexico, city of Queretaro, Calle Felipe Luna 49, Zona Centro. He also rented another house in Queretaro, close to the first one, located on Ejercito Republicano 13A. He also have a German address but since he lives only in Mexico, I wont make it public unless it will be useful in a lawsuit against him, started by one of the many people who were robbed by this guy. I know him since 14 years ago, when he was called Frank Salgado and worked in Dominican Republic, for a company called iLanguage, Inc., located in Sosua. When he left, he stole a laptop from the company... old habits die hard.

I don't want even to talk about some other things there... this is police business.

The reason I'm making this public is that I want to see this guy paying for what he did, not only to me but to everyone else who had the bad luck to get in contact with him. So, don't fall for it.

Andalemexico scam is back under a new name

AUTHOR: axelwing - ()

POSTED: Friday, June 28, 2013

I was working for Frank Hornhauer Lehmann, the owner of AndaleMexico Tours (www.andalemexico.com), who scammed a lot of people a while ago, by taking their money for tours in Mexico and not giving them what they bought. Frank Hornhauer Lehmann was then arrested and imprisoned in Mexico and later in Spain and Poland for a fraud involving 1,000,000 Euro, because he sold tickets to a soccer championship and the customers never got their tickets. Two years ago, Frank Hornhauer Lehmann decided to change his name so nobody can find him; he is now known as Frank Berlanga Castillo, after a convenience marriage in Mexico, taking the name of his wife.
