Meyer Corporation Circulon Circulon fraudulent product claims and warranty Vallejo California

Its been ONLY 4 MONTHS and the nonstick coating on THREE frequently used pans is failing. The pans are in great visual shape because we treat them well so when we submitted our warranty claim to Circulon they denied it with the statement:

"We have very carefully inspected the product photos you provided. We regret we will be unable to fulfill one or more of your warranty replacement(s) due to your item(s) shows no signs of any visual defects." and then they follow up with "heres a 25% off coupon" as if I want to be bent over again.

The very fact that this is a standard answer that people get is astounding. So since you can't see the defect via a jpeg we must be liars? How arrogant and insulting! I bought this set of NONSTICK pans because I didn't want food to STICK. I paid a premium for the warranty and only 4 MONTHS LATER I find out that the product is defective and that the warranty is worse than useless and I feel completely scammed. I would gladly volunteer to be a principal in a class action. I am FURIOUS!
