MGA FINANCIAL- MGA PRODUCTS - MGA Inc.400-2525 /T7Y5J8 TORONTO ON Canada advised me of a winning contest with the sum of 90,000, u.s. dollars be paid to me, after sending 3,900 Toronto Ontario

I was advised via mail, with no return address, that I had won a contest, with a lump sum prize to be awarded to me, in the sum of $90,000. There was enclosed a real check on official letter head enclosed for the sum of $4,900.00. According to the letter in order to receive the remaining balance, I was to send $3,900.00 in the form of a money gram or western union payment method. Caution dictated I do some research on the company to verifiy that they exist legally. I was shocked and appalled to find another entry similar to my situation on the Rip Off website. Please tell me there is a way this practice can be stopped, and that those responsible are brought to justice, this is just short or having a gun pointed at you and your valuables removed from your person.
