This company is deplorable. They aquired my mortgage on 7/1/08. They failed to send the required RESPA welcome letter within 15 days. Although, they did get around to it dated 7/30. They have yet to post my July or August payment. The did not pay my real estate taxes as required by RESPA when they are escrowed. You call them "they are unable to take your call" you email them from their shabby website and they do not respond. This god for saken ma pa operation cannot even process an online payment. Nor can you view your account.

This company needs to be put right out of business, before people lose their homes due to unpaid taxes and unposted payments
