MGC Mortgage, Inc. Deceptive & Untrustworthy Mortgage Company Plano Texas

The company doesn't appear to be ligitimite. My loan was transferred to them from Homecomings Financial on 07/01/08. They failed to send me the RESPA letter until 07/28/08 indicating they had acquired my loan. The notice stated that I should pay the original amount that I was paying the previous mortgage company. To this date, they have not sent me a monthly statement. I have e-mailed them, phoned them numerous times and they have not responded. I even phoned Homecomings to inquire about this transfer and they informed me that they no longer handle my account and should continue to try to reach MGC. I believe this is fraud and I may end up losing my home. There is no information online to view your account and they want send you anything in writing regarding the status of your account, not even a payment notice. What kind of company is this. Homeowners will lose their homes if they are not stopped. I need guidance on what can be done. I don't want to default on my loan. This is ridiculous!!
