MGC Ventures USA Mr. "Giftcard" Failed to deliver the "gift cards" and "monthly newsletters" I paid for! Sherman Oaks CA

On 23 Oct. 2017 I received a postcard in the mail covering a "gift card" business opportunity. I requested further information. On 20 Nov. 2017 I received the company's info. I decided to order and sent MGC (the company) a $246 U.S. Postal Money Order on 22 Nov. 2017 along with my "completed forms." I received the course materials on 11 Dec. 2017, along with an "order form" for a variety of "gift cards." On 13 Dec. 2017 I sent a $300 U.S. Postal Money Order along with their "gift card" order form. The "gift cards" I ordered were "said to be" out-of-stock, so MGC gave me a "$300 credit" form. I have their "signed and dated" document, and I am entitled to receive "monthly newsletters" throughout 2018, but I have NOT received any! I paid for and I am entitled to receive: two $400 VISA "gift cards," a $250 "welcome gift card," a $15 Burger King "gift card" (I returned the Starbucks "gift card" they sent me because I have no Starbucks for hundreds of miles from where I live), plus "monthly" Newsletters for all of 2018. I received NONE of these items! ***Please keep in mind that I paid MGC (the company) with 2 U.S. Postal Money Orders for a total of $546. Dates: 22 Nov. 2017 - $246 - AND 13 Dec. 2017 - $300. Here is another possible "address" for MGC (I never used this to contact them): MGC Marketing, 17000 Burbank Blvd., Unit 109, Encino CA 91316. This address was contained in the shipping label of the box they sent me in December of 2017.
