In early August, 2017, I responded to an Ad on my computer for ordering a trial order of face cream which ended up including one more item for a total of $8.90. They advertized free shipping charges for the first one and a total price of $4.95 but an exra $3.95 for the second one which they said both needed to be used to be effective. Approximately 2 weeks later I found two charges on my credit account, one for $99.95 and one for $89.95. I called the telephone numbers on my bill and said I did not authorize these charges but they have refused to give me credit for them. I read everything carefully and did not see anything saying this would happen or would receive any further charges other than the $8.90 original trial offer. To my this is fraudulent advertising for a product that doesn't work so this is how they get their money! I used the trial offer because that is what I thought it was for, and it did not change any wrinkles on my face.

the agreement you made (although unknown to you) was for a monthly service. So until you cancel per the company's procedure they will send their products and deduct payments every month. I suggest doing two things: 1) contact the company and cancel. Make sure you get a confirmation number for the cancelation which you need to write down and keep. 2) Contact your bank and tell them your card was compromised and get a new card with a completely different number. This will keep the company from being able to process any more charges.
