INJUNCTION

The plaintiffs, MGNY CONSULTING CORP., REAL & PROPER INC., and MICHAEL GEYLIK ("Plaintiffs"), having commenced this action via their Supplemental Summons and Amended Complaint filed on May 9, 2014 (the "Complaint"), and served upon defendant DIANA LONG (“Defendant”) on May 9, 2014 as directed by the Court, and Defendant having not appeared and her time to answer or otherwise appear having expired; and Upon the reading and filing of plaintiffs' motion for a default judgment, dated June 5, 2014, the Complaint, the Affirmation of Marcus A. Nussbaum, Esq., counsel for Plaintiffs dated June 5, 2014, the affidavit of plaintiff Michael Geylik, sworn to on June 5, 2014, and the respective exhibits therein submitted in support of plaintiffs instant motion for a default judgment against the Defendant; NOW, upon the motion of Marcus A. Nussbaum, Esq., attorney for the Plaintiffs, it is ORDERED that the motion for a default judgment is GRANTED, and this Court enters Judgment and injunctive relief in favor of the Plaintiffs as outlined below.

DECLARATORY JUDGMENT

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that on or about July 1, 2013 false and disparaging statements regarding Plaintiffs were posted on the website www.ripoffreport.com. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the statements posted about Plaintiffs on the websites www.ripoffreport.com and located at the following uniform resource locators (“URLs”):

• · http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/MGNY-Consulting/Brooklyn-New-York-11201/MGNYConsulting-

AKA-Real-Proper-Inc-Scamming-thieves-Beware-Brooklyn-New-York-1063622; and· http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/MGNY-Consulting-Corporation/Brooklyn-New-York-11201/MGNY-Consulting-Corporation-AKA-Real-Proper-Scams-Frauds-Solicitors-afteryour-K-1063635 are incorrect, false and cause damage to Plaintiffs.

PERMANENT INJUNCTION

It further appears from the facts set forth in Plaintiffs' Complaint, as well as the facts set forth in the Plaintiff's motion for Default Judgment, that unless Defendant is ordered to remove the defamatory postings from any websites, blogs, or internet posts that defame, disparage, or contain libelous statements about Plaintiffs; and that defendant be ordered to remove the Defamatory Statements outlined above from www.ripoffreport.com, and copied at other webpages, inc1uding the URLs specifically listed above, Plaintiffs will suffer irreparable injury, because their reputation will be damaged and they will lose business.  Therefore, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that Defendant shall be permanently enjoined as follows: a) Mandated that Defendant use her best efforts, including issuing requests to www.ripoffreport.com and any other website known to Defendants to contain false and defamatory statements regarding Plaintiffs that are the subject of this action, to remove all defamatory, disparaging, libelous, and false statements about Plaintiffs posted on the above-named websites including, but not limited to:

ii. http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/MGNY-Consulting/Brooklyn-New-York-11201/MGNY-Consulting-AKA-Real-Proper-nc-Scamming-thieves-Beware-Brooklyn-New-York-1063622; and iii. http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/MGNY-Consulting-Corporation/Brooklyn-New-York-11201/MGNY-Consulting-Corporation-AKA-Real-Proper-Scams-Frauds-Solicitors-after-your-K-1063635

b) Mandated that Defendant request the removal of the postings, links and listings related to the URLs specified above on the websites www.ripoffreport.com from Internet search engines including, but not limited to, Google, Yahoo!, Bing, and Ask.com.

c) Prohibited from publishing any false statements, comments, or information regarding Plaintiffs on the Internet or any other form of publication

complete if this summons is not personally delivered to you within the State of New York). In

the event you fail to appear or answer, judgment will be taken against you by default for the

relief demanded herein. The action will be heard at the Courthouse of the Supreme Court, in

Kings County, located at 360 Adams Street, Brooklyn, New York 11201.
