MH ACCEPTANCE INC DIDN'T REPARE ANYTHING AND I LOST EVERYTHING TO A HOUSE FIRE TALLAHASSEE Florida

I went to this property to start a rent to own. When i first went the manager was a guy named Larry who gave me the run around so i backed off and waited for a while. I went back and there was a new manager by the name of Gladys who seemed to be nice. We did the walk through and they showed me where they had replaced the stove with a used one. Once my move in date came i saw things that needed to be fixed or replaced so i did what they said and made a list of things and got it to the before the 30 days were up. Needless to say they never touched the list. One of the burners on my stove was shorting out so i made sure i told them this was happening. We were having issues with the toilets stopping up and when i went to the office to talk to Gladys she was rude and told me to control my children and that it was their fault. We had been having problems from the start with this so there was no way it was our fault. She even went so far as to tell me she sent the plumber to my house and he snaked 40 feet of pipe. Well there isn't 40 feet of pipe that can be snaked. I asked The maintenance man to come and do it for me and he did. What came out of those pipes had been in there for years. On march 3,2015 i got a call from the office asking if i was at home and i told her no. Then i was asked if there was anybody at home at all and i responded with no why what's wrong? the lady on the phone said " well a guy just ran in here and told me your house is on fire." i sceamed because my dog was in there and my son had just left to come to where i was. We lost everything that day. They called me from Mh Acceptance the next day and asked me what i was going to do about the house and the repaires to the home. I told them it was their fault I had just lost everything including my dog because the same stove i had told them was defective was the reason the house had caught on fire in the first palce. They told me the serial number on the stove was different from the one they had on file. I never changed out the stove i had been on them about that for over a year. These people are out to take from people. I now know why my classmate was no longer working in the office when i came in there one day after i had moved in.
