They are big JOKE, first they seems to be collecting for Healthcare area but have very little knowledge and spin the conversations simply to make you pay or feel you guilty with out having any detail about the bills or the reasons.
If you ask them detail they become angry and even start making FUN of your conversation ( The lady put me on speaker phone and I hear laughing and mocking in the back ground) . They are over smart and very un-professional by design.
Luckily I am specialized in Practice Management and after some real arguments I realized they are bunch of IDIOT
So I wish I had a chance to talk to the owner of this company ( May be Michael Harrison Esq. in person) and request him to fire these losers and hire new professionals and trained them to collect the money they deserve instead of losing.
