Brought truck in for turbo not boosting properly when under a load, they told me it needed an EGR controller. I ok'd the repair. Picked truck up took it back to my yard, as I didn't have a load for a couple of days. Got a load started out had the same problem. Dropped the load back at yard, and also noticed that I had a severe oil leak now. Took the truck back to dealer, as the problem wasn't fixed, and now has an oil leak it didn't have before. Waited in their lounge all day with no contact. Then was told that the air to air hoses we bad. it would be about $200. when it came time to pay the second repair was 986. they charged me to replace air to air hoses and turbo seal, and for EGR oil line that they broke. After paying over $3000. truck is still not right. The EGR didn't need to be replaced only the Air to Air and had to pay them twice for removing turbo. DO Not have your truck serviced here

They refunded the labor and replaced warranty parts, made what was a bad situation better. I would now use them again and recommend them. I appreciate their attention to the problem and correcting it.
