these people sell mobile homes "as is no warranty and then 6 months later will tell you that it is not upto park standards and needs to be repaired. When you go to sell they will remove your listing off the website and will not inform you. I moved out in July 2015, but still paid rent and water while it was for sale. Sometime in July Jennifer Crotts had my water cut off and removed my garden hose. They continued to charge water monthly. After mildew formed I had to give it to them because they would not sell as is no warranty. They would not take the home unless I gave them the home with all appliances and out building in lieu of rent. Title was sent before the end of the year and they would not send my security deposit for 6 weeks. When I got the check it was $93.90 short because they took out payment for water that had been shut off since July. All I want is my money.
