Beware! This dealer systematically uses a "Bait and Switch" approach to get your money. The staff hide behind Management. They are well trained to do this. You will begin to notice this during the test drive when you re-verify the advertised price. Management hides behind the salespeople, you will notice this after you have signed the dotted line and they try to avoid completing repairs, answering questions about hidden repair work done to a wehicle which supposedly " had no issues, one owner, clean Carfax, and other lies", and as is my case, when fail to honor several other items in the written purchase agreement. Miami Auto Wholesale will put you on hold indefinitely, transfer you 5 or six times to deliberately frustrate you, etc.. They will avoid ansering your calls or returning your calls. Then when you show up at the office, in front of their future customers,  they will put on an act, pretending to be unaware of communications and service issues and promising to rectify the situation. Beware! This is just a stalling tactic so they can devote their time to selling more cars. The salespeople will tell you straight up: They are just salespeople. They cannot make management follow through on promises or written agreements.

Maggie,

I just got off the phone with you moments ago. I came into your offices yesterday after 2 weeks of delays and very poor treatment since my January purchase.  I came there to speak with the owners of Miami Auto Wholesale to discuss my general  complaint Miami Auto Wholesale, and my specific complaint about the failure of Miami Auto Wholesale to honor the signed agreement to refinance my vehicle to a lover payment ($210) after 6 months of on-time payments.

This is a $6,000 dispute.

After several months of management and broken promises from MAW, yesterday, I requested to speak specifically with the owners. You intervened yesterday and assured me that you would handle the matter this morning. I called you at 9:30 am. you indicated you would handle it at 11:00 am when you arrived in the office.

I called you at noon. You insisted that you were busy handling 8 new deals and "would get to it when you get to it." And that you would "let me know IF you can do it".

Let me make myself absolutely clear. I am not asking you for a favor. I am simply making sure MAW honors its side of the signed purchase agreement we made in January.

Good Afternoon. As expected based on the 6 months of similar experiences with Miami Auto Wholesale, after two weeks of attempts to resolve this issue with you, your staff, and former staff, as of today, I will  proceed to take serious action pertaining to ALL the issues I have had with Miami Auto Wholesale since purchasing the vehicle in January. Based upon the behavior of your “organization”, and my review of other customers’ complaints and reviews, I no longer trust Miami Auto Wholesale, or the 2007 Nissan Armada which I purchased. Had you not blatantly IGNORED  my emails, texts, and calls for the past two weeks, I would have been willing to overlook past issues and only focus on the easily resolvable $7,000 issue described in the email below -  refinancing my 2007 Nissan Armada as agreed. However, at this point, my revised comprehensive complaint is as follows:

COMPLAINT:

Several counts of deceptive advertising (see attached MAW advertisement) at Miami Auto Wholesale:

1.       $10,800 advertised sales price on my 2007 Nissan Armada

2.       Misrepresentation of product – Vehicle was advertised and sold as 2007 Nissan Armada LE and NOT  SE. The advertised LE has a book value of $3,000 more, than the SE model sold.

3.       Evidence of right front end damage and repair not disclosed in advertisement.

Poor service and failure to perform as per Purchase Contract

4.       More than 2 months to deliver registration plates.

5.       Have not refinanced vehicle as per written agreement (monthly payment $200-$210 per month, 66-month term).

6.       Failure of owners, management, and staff to return calls or respond to emails and complaints.

Good Afternoon. Regretfully, I am required at this moment to devote valuable time to a task which I have anticipated since January of this year, when I took on the risk of purchasing a used vehicle from Miami Auto Wholesale. The major problem from day one, was NOT the quality or reliability of your vehicles. It was NOT a problem with the lack of responsiveness of the sales staff.  From Day One, the problem has been with the management. Mismanagement! Disorganized !Not trustworthy! Not reliable!

I really do not plan to devote a significant amount of time to this matter, but I WILL certainly ensure that that Miami Auto Wholesale honors the filed written agreement made in January to refinance my car after 6 on-time payments.  As indicated in the signed agreement, the car was purchased under the condition that the payment would be reduced to $200-$210 per month this month. I expect that this will be done as agreed, on or before my next payment is due on July 30th, 2014.

Summary Notes:

1.        January 22, 2014 – Carl Alexander enters in Purchase Agreement with Miami Auto Wholesale, 5379 NW 7th St, Miami, 33126,  for a 2007 Nissan Armada and Finance Agreement with Alphera Financial. Finance agreement is signed, and purchase made, contingent on refinance after 6 on-time payments. Mr.  Coto, Sales Manager, signed agreement on behalf of Miami Auto Wholesale.

2.        Since the date of purchase, several issues arose and promises were not kept in accordance with the written agreement. Since calls were repeatedly not answered or returned, I had no choice but to  drive  from North Broward on several occasions to enforce the agreement-repairs promised but not approved, registration plate not delivered, refund not delivered as promised, etc..

3.        On June 20th, I met with Mr.  Coto before making final payment in order to ensure that all arrangements had been made to refinance the vehicle as agreed. He advised me to return in two weeks after the final payment was reflected on my credit report. I called after 2 weeks as instructed. After days of  delays, excuses, and broken promises to respond, Mr.  Coto informed me that he no longer worked for Miami Auto Wholesale and could no longer refinance the car as per the written agreement.

Miami Auto Wholesale’s failure to comply with this agreement will cost me approx. $7,000.  I have been advised that we can resolve this issue promptly in one of several ways including :

1.       I can return the vehicle for a full refund.

2.       Miami Wholesale can refinance the vehicle as per written agreement.

I trust that this matter will be resolved on or before July 30th and no further action will be necessary and no further costs will be incurred.
