Follows ethical rules of the profession. The doctor-patient relationship is non existant. Collects fees upfront then makes a decision to deny treatment. Demands payment for consultation but offers no support as to your needs. Rather sneaky in nature. After you sign all your rights away. Outrageous Charges will be presented and if your niave enough to accept he will take yor money. Challenging establishment.
As a patient you should refuse to pay the facility fee's, and reject the doctor's recommendations to seek alternative treatment.
