To whom it may concern
 
I need somebody to help me with this issue, I bought a car from a dealer called Miami Motors, I paid him 3300 cash. I still had a balance of 467.00 but it was tag, title. I woke up this morning and the car was repo. I have spoken to him last week, i stated to him that my wife was fired from her job and i was going to sell the car and do all the transfer with him when i sell the car. Then he stated to me that I had until the 14 of april to complete the transaction if not i had to pay the balance of $467.00. But he never stated to me that the car will be repo. So now he has the  car and i'm out of $3300.00 and a car.
 
can someone please help me!!!!!!!!
