Martinez operates as an unlicensed real estate agent, takes advance fees from room seekers. Stay away from his fake office located at Lincoln Road & Washington Avenue in Miami Beach, Florida.

Martinez operates the same scam at 421 Seventh Avenue, in Midtown, Manhattan 10001. In New York City, Martinez uses numerous website addresses to get over. When a website address becomes a known scam, Martinez changes the website name so the scam continues under another clean website address.
