CAUTION, BEWARE! DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THIS MAN TELLS YOU!! He goes by several different names on craigslist. He claims to repair your credit, DO NOT give him your money, he will just run away with it.
All his names he provides are fake, address are fake, everything is fake. The FBI needs to take this guys down.
Here is one of his scams currently on craigslist offering credit repair: Complete SCAM! YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY IF YOU SEND IT TO HIM!

It has been confirmed and i know it to be fact that William Harper is not incarcerated for conspiracy charge unrelated to this report, i hope that you all that were ripped off bye this individual through the many scams he ran on craigslist, can get some rest knowing this person is in now in jail, if you have anything that can help investigators add more charges now that is incarcerated im sure they will be gladly appreciated
