 Dubasso had a portfolio on ebay. I was able to win it at auction for about $17,500 or so. I paid Michael Dubasso 1000.00 shortly thereafter. I paid Michael Dubasso another $1000.00 shortly after that. I bought a couple telegraph stamps from Michael Dubasso Michael Dubasso sent those to me. During one of our conversations i told Michael Dubasso i make commission only. Michael said if he would have known that in beginning he would not have allowed the transaction at all. Michael asked for a least 500.00 , a week and he was doing so reluctantly. After thinking on it I beleived it not fair to Michael to tie up his portfolio for long time. I explained my thoughts to him, Michael agreed. Michael cancelled deal, Michael said he would keep 500.00 of the 2000.00 for ebay fees and i could get store credit for remaining 1500.00. I agreed. And Michael said for me to check the box letting ebay know i got the refund, "so we could continue business" which i did. Shortly thereafter Michael suggested i get his book an read it. I was unable to acquire book. Michael said he would send it. Which Michael didnt THEN MICHAEL DUBASSO DROPS OUTA SIGHT. Constant an ongoing calls, email, texts, over an over an over produced nothing from Michael Dubasso Weeks an weeks go by. No nothing from Michael Dubasso Then one dayMichael responds, claiming drawing a blank as if he knows nothing. More time goes by, im calling an calling an emailing. Nothing, then Michael appears again, appears to pretend doesnt know me. All my emails, phone messages, text were polite till then. Then i get pissed. Still no response again from Michael. Till yesterday, Michael appears an tells me he has reported me to authorites for extreme harrasment. I do not want store credit after all this. That 1500.00 needs to be refunded. Heres a question Why do sellers tell you to check the box so that ebay knows you got a refund even though you didnt get one? Its because its a scam,.
