Michael Gregory of the wellbeing laser therapy clinic for stopping smoking conned his patients into investing thousands into his latest 'health' venture Equilibrium that failed with debts of close to a million dollars. Investors lost 3 million including the likes of Jerry Harvey's son and Pierce Cody. He lied to everyone about the true state of affairs and nearly 100 people ended up out of pocket.
Coincidentally, Bernie O'Brien of Discovery Beach saga recently exposed on ACA as a fraudster and Green Planet Managemnt(which has since pulled it's site) are also behind the company along with Charles and Annette Mavety whom are co-advisors.

It seems that birds of a feather flock together.

Be warned, although Michael Gregory takes on the latest 'health' gadget or system he runs businesses into the ground. Equilibrium was 6 failed companies although it only had 2 premises.
