Michael Hamilton failed to deliver products to me after I paid him $5,000 for his on-line celtic music business Sonoma California

In September of 2007, I paid Michael Hamilton $4,000 for 2000 products and the right to sell his products on Amazon and Ebay. He never delivered the products to me. He first told me that he would drop ship the products to my customers. However, he failed to drop ship the products in a timely manner, which resulted in complaints and refunds.

I then asked him to stop drop shipping and instead just send me a portion of the 2,000 products I paid for. He agreed, but never sent me anything. He told me for months that he was sending me the products I requested from a company called CreateSpace. However, almost a year later and after I filed a lawsuit against him, I subpoenaed CreateSpace for any and all orders by Michael Hamilton to me, and they responded that such an order was never placed.

In October of 2007, I had also paid Michael Hamilton $1,000 for 50 bagpipes, all of which I never received. Again, he assured me month after month that the pipes were enroute, and yet nothing was ever sent to me, not even a refund. I even pleaded with his wife, via email, to convince her husband to pay me back, but she was just as bad as him. She told me that she knows for a fact that they don't sell bagpipes, and yet I discovered that at the same moment she told me this, Michael Hamilton was selling bagpipes on Craigslist! She also told me that she knows for a fact that they don't have any bagpipes on hand, nor in any storage, and yet during this same time, I was able to ascertain by posing as a prospective buyer that Michael Hamilton had 188 pipes on hand.

After several months of asking for a refund, Michael Hamilton failed to pay me anything. In August of 2008, I finally sued him in the Superior Court of Sonoma County and won, due to the overwhelming evidence against him. I am presently still awaiting my refund.
