Michael Harrison Fraud trying to collect on a fraudulant bill Denville New Jersey

The attorney Michael Harrison sent a letter (received in June 2015) demanding I, an 80-year man, pay for a bill that was paid by my health insurance in 2009.  This cost me hardship though worry and the time and money sent to contact Dr. Shirey to help resolve this issue. Dr. Shirey is from Nebraska and made numerous long distance calls to get this issue remedied.  This attorney apears to prey on the elderly and gives little thought to the emotional anxiety he creates.  If he an charge me wrongly, why can't I charge him for the time, energy, and emotional distress incurred to get this resolved.
