Michael reached out to me by phone on 03/07/2019. He sounded very professional and nice. He said he was a former loan officer, and he is an online leads guru. He said he will run ads and send me 300 leads which on top of he would personally call each one and warm transfer them to me.
He guaranteed to have me close 18 deals. The only initial investment was $600 and it would go up as we develop a relationship. I didn't get 1 lead from the guy and every time I call him he spins it around and tries to change the matter.
If you get a call from this guy. RUN. Don't spend a penny with him.

He called me and ran down his very convencing skills and abilities. I am so glad i did a search first to avoid any of the bad experiences anyone else has gone through.
Please be more aware and challenge and double check everything. The world had forever changed, simple business can no longer be done with a simple handshake anymore...
Caveat Emptor - is Latin for "Let the buyer beware".

I was lucky I purchasedMy leads from him on Pay Pal. Pay pal refunded me my money. It was the same deal though he called up asked me to pay him $400 claimed he was going to give me all these leads with warm transfers. He claimed he was a loan officer and he has lots of experience. He talks a good game but doesn’t deliver anything. Steer clear of him he will only take your money.

Michael contacted me, and it sounded too good to be true. Doing some research turned up these reports, which prevented me from becoming another victim. Hopefully these reports will put a stop to his scam!
