Smile Design of Margate/ American Dental of Florida Steven Berkowitz Dental Clinic ripped off my mother and myself Florida

Since 2011, my mother and I have used the subject dental clinic. First, my mother (Luz E. Rios) had a bridge made for her dentures. four days later it broke in two peices. She had to return to clinic to have same repaired. The clinic did a flawed job. They told her that she had to pay an additional $300.00. She was duped into paying it. The job was not done to satisfaction. The new denture brigde tore into her gums.         

On 02/06/2018, I, edwin M. Vazquez (son) went to subject dental clinic to "Re-cement" a crown which was done for me at said clinic in 2016. On 02/06/2018 I went to said clinic to have the crown put back in. I argued that the crown had fallen off due to flawed job in the first place. They refused to re-cement the crown back without charge. I was told that I had to pay an additional $120.00. Without a choice I paid the $120.00. Eight days later, on 02/14/2018, the crown fell off again.

On 02/15/2018 I called the dental clinic and informed them that the re-cemented crown had fallen off again, that they had done another flawed job. They said that I had to pay another $120.00 for the recement job. Through Care Credit and cash payments to this clinic, my mother and I, both senior citizens, have been ripped-off for over $2,20.00. We ask, that this dental clinic at least return the $120.00 to us.
