I was trying to get a hard money loan for a client in AZ and found Michael Iuculano on the internet - came up on google search as a hard money lender in Scottsdale, AZ. On contating him he gave me a long spiel about how hard it to get hard money loans done and how much time and effort goes into getting a hard money loan etc.
Long story short, he gave me a proposal which looked good, I sent him my clients real estate portfolio in AZ and we were all set to move forward. His proposal looked OK and had a non refundable $ 2500 fee upfront to "review" the loan - to make sure he was kosher, I went into the NMLS databse to make sure he was liscenced to do loans in AZ. To my great surprise I did not find him there at all - the n I did some reseach on the net and found him here - at the ripoff report !
I sent his an email saying we were not ineterested and lo and behold he calls me 3 times right after ( I dont pick up ) and he calls my client directly ! a*hole!
nice con, lucky I caught it just in time - make sure to check NMLS number for anyone who claims to be a mortgage lender !

As of July 27, 2022, I looked up Michael’s NMLS myself and he’s legit. My husband and I are currently dealing with him, and he’s been nothing but honest. Considering all the slanderous comments you’ve made concerning Michael I would’ve tried to clear my name if I was him too.
Everybody do your own research & look up Michael Luculano’s credentials yourself and you’ll see he’s not as this person or company is portraying him. Have a wonderful day!
