Michael Joseph Hannigan aka tech-liquidator is a nothing but a liar and scammer. I bid on and won a Meade 416xt and 201xt telescope CCD camera/autoguider on ebay (item#160064723507), 22 Dec 06, from this seller and he never delivered items or refunded money.
ebay and square trade disputes have been no good.
I have repeatedly asked for shiping info (UPS tracking number) but he ignores it. Paid insurance on the shipment so that's not an excuse.
He had an ebay account as michaeljhannigan in which he bid on an item listed by techliquidator-He was the buyer and seller-then gave himself Positive feedback..couldn't stand the negative left becuase he didn't pay for the item he won-what a flip'n oxygen thief.
Filing claims and reports to the RI Attorney General, USPS, Military Police and Providence and Pawtucket Police, IC3. considering small claims for max RI amount.
