Michael J. Scott has flooded the legal system with thousands of frivilous lawsuits over credit card debt. that may oray not belong to you. As in my case Micahel has no proof and claims to the Court, Judge Darreell Longino of Polk County Texas, that I am harrassing him when I ask for proof and everything I ask for is vague and not relevant to the case. I ask you, how is proof not relevant and how can nayone allow this type of conduct on poor people today? And yes, Michael J. Scott claims to be a Christain, pathetic....

As in other Counties, Michael J. Scott has made a process server very wealthy serving hundreds of these to unsuspecting victims. The Justice of The Peace, 4 of them have taken in hundreds of these cases. They are trying to put liens on our homesteads.

I have requested as per law, the burdon of proof, that Michael J. Scott produce the promissary note signed by me. His response to the Court is again that I am harrassing him, it is not relevant to the case, and now says creditors do not have to keep paperwork for more than 2 years.
