He was actually disciplined by the State Bar of California with an actual suspension. He's so bad that he lost his licence to Practice Law in California.
Not a surprise....Michael Berger is arrogant, condescending, and a greedy slime ball. Michael Berger is one of the most toxic lawyers I have ever encountered. Poor miserable guy, he begs his clients to give him good reviews on Yelp to hide his bad public record and promote only himself at the detriment of his clients. Michael Berger is very manipulative...when he sees money in your pockets...he pretends to be very friendly. But once he sees he can't choke any more money out of you he becomes your worst enemy. What a total scum bag. Zero stars for this narcissistic loser.
