Michael Johnson with US Legal Services- I received an email with 2 Attachments. The first was a report/legal document stating charges being filed against me- Stating he was issuing a Warrant for my Arrest for Collateral Check Fraud, Theft by Deception, & Violation of Federal Banking Regulation Act of 1983 (c) unless I paid full debt in 24-48 hours The second attachment was a request for a warrant for my arrest that he did would be issued if I didn't pay by next day. I received a call from +1 (916) 572-7394 a Sacramento, CA number, & the address was listed as Irvine, CA. I was terrified and attempted to pay the minimum $698 settlement instead of the $8,239.15 for the lawsuit. Then I was told that I had to send a Money Gram and he would give me the info where to send the payment when I got to a money Gram location. I tried to call several times with no answer, but when he called me back, the caller ID showed a number from India +91 98-98-765651 and that is when I found this information online. Thank goodness I found this before completing the transfer of money! India
