I have had the misfortune, as I'm sure many others have, in meeting a true con artist. Michael K. Lewis is a liar and a thief, and will steal your money leaving you in worse shape financially than when you started out. He says one thing, and then denies saying it. He is quick to take your money, giving you nothing in return but bad advice that will ruin your credit and possibly cause you to lose your home as well. He preaches about a so-called "financial diet," which means give all your money to him, while hiding from your creditors, and then he lies about everything. He cannot be trusted, and anyone who views his commercial and contacts him, will be in far worse financial shape after dealing with Michael Lewis and his team of liars and con artists. He should be stopped, and his commercials should be taken off the airwaves so that other unsuspecting consumers will not fall victim to "financial diet," which only fills his bank account and not that of the consumer's he defrauds.

Jury indicts four more in mortgage fraud probe

Digg Del.icio.us Facebook Fark Google Newsvine Reddit Yahoo Print Reprints Post comment Text size: GREENBELT - A widespread probe of mortgage fraud resulted yesterday in grand jury indictments against four Maryland residents, less than a week after federal prosecutors here accused eight other people of bilking homeowners and banks of more than $35 million in an unrelated mortgage scheme.

In the latest indictments, Cheryl Brooke, 51, and Michael K. Lewis, 56, of Upper Marlboro; his brother, Earnest Lewis, 59, of Takoma Park; and Winston Thomas, 42, of New Carrollton, are accused of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and wire fraud in connection with a scheme in which they offered to help homeowners stave off foreclosure. Instead, they defrauded mortgage lenders and the homeowners, the 12-count indictment says.

U.S. Attorney Rod J. Rosenstein said the indictment was unsealed yesterday after the defendants' arrests. It says that in 2004, the accused began airing television advertisements that targeted financially vulnerable individuals, offering them help in improving their credit, saving their homes from foreclosure and assisting them in case of bankruptcy. Instead, the opposite occurred, the document says, with the defendants first acquiring control of the homes and then failing to pay mortgages on them, causing the original owners to default.

The indictment, which says the defendants distributed among themselves the loans they obtained for the properties, seeks forfeiture of $2.9 million. If convicted, the defendants could each face a maximum of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine for the conspiracy counts and for each of the nine mail fraud counts. Michael K. Lewis and Brooke also could face a maximum of five years in prison and a fine of $250,000 if convicted of bankruptcy fraud.

Don't Let this Crab Keep you in the Pot

AUTHOR: Michael - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 27, 2008

Don't let this crab keep you in the pot. This crab that's afraid to mention her name even though I know who she is has a history of negativity. Basically, no one calls Michael K. Lewis who is doing well financially, generally their credit is bad, they have very little savings if any, mismanaged their money over the years, and they seek a fresh start. A fresh start for mismanagement of their money or lack of it takes discipline, you must be willing to set aside some of your personal agenda to enrich your credit score. Through that discipline a Financial Diet must be born. I have been offering my Financial Diet to the public since 1981 and the crabs that were in the bad credit pot and did not follow or get on the Financial Diet remain there now. Some people are destined to get out and maybe you're that one. This particular crab refused after numerous telephone conversations to get on her Financial Diet. This crab met with me on three different occasions and liked everything I said, even before her post dated check cleared. She had over 30 days to stop payment and at no time did she mention dissatisfaction. The very moment, as a coach would do, I started encouraging her to get on her Financial Diet and taking things away from her such as spending every dollar she earns, requiring her to come to the business meeting on time, giving up a Saturday morning to meet with me, after these request her giving up something that she was not use to doing, such as expense lunches, reducing her gas and electric bill, constant waste of money and to be conscious of her spending habit, she responded Your beginning to sound like my X husband. I guess that why he is her X because she really doesn't want to do better financially. She seemed to be searching for something more personal because there is no way she could have gathered this impression in 3 meetings of 30 minutes each, when our agreement was for 1 year and which she signed willingly. Once she realized that this was not going to be a personal relationship I suddenly became the villain. My only request from my viewers is to give my membership a chance to work for you. I've had 1000's of people enrolled, if I was so bad this website would be full of complains not just two. Remember there are crabs in a pot and theirs you, if you are looking at this website then your thinking about calling me or you have already called, just remember even Dr Martin Luther King who gave his life up to help others, was criticized. All I'm asking is to stop spending every dollar you earn and start the Financial Diet as soon as possible.
