So, Michael placed an ad on craigslist seeking a room to rent for a "heart patient". I replied, he offered $500 that friday (moved in Monday) then $750-$800/month thereafter. Friday came, had a story and asked if i could wait till saturday. Saturday came and asked if i could wait till monday. Monday amd he is in hospital. Thursday he returms and says he'll have it friday, friday turns into saturday. Saturday he says he'll have it Sunday. I kicked him put right then and there. He will answer female placed ads on craigslist saying he isa business owner hiring a personal assistant yet he owns no clothes other than what he is wearing and can't pay rent. He is a con artist and a scammer, stay far away!

Kwilos rented a house from my former girlfriend in 2005 and within 2 months was skipping paying the rent. He then moved into a house north of Tampa and pulled the same thing. I discovered (I was a private investigator) that he had written thousands of dollars of worthless checks, run up overdrafts with multiple banks and tried to steal furniture from a furniture rental business. He was arrested the first time in 2005 as a result of my investigations and has been arrested several times since then, mostly in the Chicago area. Be warned - he does not own any business, he is not about to receive any inheritance, he is not a professional golfer. He is a con man.

Michael Kwilos (Mike); AKA Michael Schmidt, Michael Murphey is making a career of scamming/stealing money from people posting in different categories of Chicago area Craigslist.
I am a recent victim.
He has an extensive criminal history.

The Mugshots are not quitewhat he looks like anymore.
He has lost a lot of weight and now weighs about 165.
He resides in or near Downers Grove, Illinois.
He may reply to or seek a Gig or job, one where you provide the transportation, becuase as stated by the person who rented to him, he has no car.
Also, like already stated, he seeks sympathy for his heart/many medical problems.
He does not own a business, he does not have an employer.
I believe he does not have a residence, but either stays in shelters, couch surfs, or finds apartments on Craigslist he'll never pay for.
He has many different reasons/ways of extracting money, so do not ever hire, work for, rent to, send/loan money, give a ride to or even converse with Michael Kwilos. He has a VERY hot temper and is a VERY bad person.
