Michael L. Neuman Mike Neuman Crazy N sold me a gun that turned out to be unsafe and in need of repair, contrary to his reassurance that the gun had no issues. Boardman, Ohio

I replied to an add on armslist.com... And bought this gun from Michael L. Neuman 330-506-4577 who assured me in several emails and tele calls that the gun had no issues.

After buying the gun from him I ordered ammo for it. Ten days later, after receiving a case of ammo I took it to the gun range and discovered the gun was unsafe and in need of repair. Below is an email I sent to the seller. He has been unresponsive to my phone calls and emails other than replying the gun was sold as is and he will not be responding further.

10/30/2018; email sent to Mike:

Took it to the range today at Shoot Point Blank in Lewis Center, Oh. 614-401-34501.

1. The Mag ejects after each shot, causing a Stove Pipe or Failure to Feed for the next round?

2. There is no clicking sound when engaging the safety. The gun shoots with the safety engaged? The slide then locked up after shooting the gun with the Safety Engaged. Could not get the slide to move at all after that, as there was a round trapped in the breech. The Safety mechanism was even pushing the grips outwards?

3. The gunsmith at Shoot Point Blank was able to free the locked slide and removed an empty shell.

You sold me an item that does not perform as promised. There is no way in hell this gun ever performed as you purported….I am an honest person, I don’t lie and would never make up such a story in order to return the gun.

Please refund my $400 immediately and advise where you would like the gun shipped to.

You can have it looked at and repaired and I will buy it back from you once it is in the condition as advertised.
