I paid 500.00 deposit to paypal for a flatbed truck he had on ebay, he then emails me and says I cant use paypal, so i had to deposit cash into his B of A bank account that was in Florida, then he would not give me an address to go look at the truck and inspect until i paid it in full. by this time he has 2,000.00 of mine. so i pay the rest mean while he keeps telling me that its a great truck. Mind you his ad says there is 200,000 miles on the truck and he has used it for hauling material on several projects and projects are done. well my son and i fly from michigan to florida to get this truck. well 1st of all he would not show up, he parked the truck at a corner and left the key, title and bill of sale in it. 1st thing i notice is it has over 262,000 miles on it.
there was so much black mold and mildew in the truck it was all over the ceiling, seat, both doors, you would get ill from driving. it was very difficult to get started, the flat bed dump would not go up, when it finally went up about 8 inches it started pouring hydrolic fluid every where. the dash was completely busted up, when you pushed on the brakes it would start screaming this high pitched noise. he leaves a Florida title but it has a georgia plate on the truck. (RED FLAG) so I called him from the truck and told him I don't want the truck he told me he would reemburise me and but the truck back on Ebay. So i leave the title, key, and bill of sale in the truck and me and my son head back to the airport.
only to get a call from him saying" oh well don't know what to tell you" so the first thing i do is file a complaint with Ebay. they tell me that i'm covered through the VPP (vehicle purchase protection) i then get an email from Michael Coomler telling me he is sending the title (that i never signed) and bill of sale to the Florida DMV to have transferred into my name, again being deceitful, dishonest and fraudulent. so I file a complaint with the Florida State police and DMV only to find out that he never registered or plated the truck. and in his ad he stated that he has used the truck to haul material for several projects. AGAIN HE IS NOTHING BUT A LIAR, THEIF, AND A FRAUD. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM . IF YOU DO HE WILL SCAM YOU..

The man never paid off the Truck, it was sold through EBAY, the backed me and through out his case. Thae truck was inspected and he was given the report, there was no mold lol. After the Truck was cleared, it sold immediatly and the buyer was very happy. I alowed this guy four extra weeks to pay off and remove the truck, he had one excuse after another. I have never had a complaint period for my Ebay account and have a 99.99 satisified record. Hes mad becaused he was charged for an auction, and he never completed his contractural agreement. In an attempt to slander my name, which is quite funny that he is my only enemy of over 35 years in business...
