This man needs to be caught!!! On Dec23,2013. I was in search of a Samsung Galaxy Note 3, I'd contacted several people about   this phone through Craigslist.He responded on the that day saying he was selling the phone,we discussed prices. He stated he was out of town in Jacksonville for the holidays and that he would contact me once he returned if he still had the phone. I agreed and thank this rotten...,he then gave a story about how someone wanted to purchase the phone and they wanted him to ship it that morning...he then had the nerve to say"I think they were screwing with me"because he hadn't heard back from them yet.He asked where I lived, I told him the city I was in because I knew he was from Clermont, Fl.I hadn't heard anything from him and was still in search of the phone. I asked he still had the phone,he said yes but he was shipping that afternoon,but he was waiting for the person to send the address to him. I simply said"ok,thanks",he immediately responded saying I can send it to you if you like. I was so excited about the phone I said ok. He asked if he agreed to $200 instead of $250 when will he get the money. I explained to him that I've done this before, I only met in person to do that type of exchange. He texted me a picture of a CVS reload card and told me that I needed to go to CVS to load the money and give him the number off the back and he would send me a confirmation email from the post office with confirmation and tracking number. He said he was on the way yo the post office right then. I agreed, my wife said "No baby, that sounds like a scam!!!!"I didn't listen, I told her that was good price for the phone. He then called me and talked me through what I needed to do, we stayed on the phone as I drove to CVS!!!!!!after I was done at CVS, he texted and asked the code on the back. I called him and requested the confirmation email. He sent me the email and explained that the tracking number may not appear yet because he just sent it. The email looked perfectly normal to me, it included his information, my information,price for sending package....it really looked legit. We continued to text I thanked him for the phone and he thanked me for taking it off his hands. He explained it had been on craigslist for ten days( he bought for a friend and the friend decided that he didn't want it). We then spoke about the galaxy gear watch and said he got one for Xmas that it linked with the phone quit we'll. he requested that I inform him as soon as I got the phone so that he could remove it from his contract with Sprint. I said, I would. I waited for the mail everyday, when it never came I contacted him. He would say, Hang on I'm calling the post office right now. I continued to wait, and texted because at this point I never heard his voice again!!!.I waited for a week, NO PHONE!!!! I've never been so pissed in my life. It wasn't so much about the $200 that my wife gave me for my Xmas gift... It was that I continued to ask this man was this a scam and he continued say NO!!! I think I could have been able to let go and let God, but it wasn't  just the money, It was the disrespect. So here we are,I continued to text him informing him of the various avenues that I aim to take to assure in his capture. Please Buyers Beware of Michael McDougal. Thanks
